On May 3, 2024, the High Commissioner-Designate, Ekitela Moru, met the Chief of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, Datuk Mohd Aini Atan at Wisma Putra, Putrajaya. The HC presented copies of his letters of credence. H.E. and the Chief of Protocol exchanged views on strengthening the diplomatic relations between the two countries.
