Emergency Travel Certificate


Emergency Travel Document:

This is a one-way travel document issued to Kenya citizens to travel to Kenya when they have emergencies and are not in possession of valid Kenya passports or have lost their Kenyan passports. This document is withdrawn by the Immigration officer upon arrival at the point of entry in Kenya


  1. Book an appointment online before visiting the mission. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

  2. An applicant should provide details of the airline and routing they will use while submitting an application.

  3. Persons who hold other nationality passports(Dual Nationals) are NOT ELIGIBLE for emergency travel certificates

  4. Payment of RM 60 payable to Kenya High Commission bank account below:  (kindly state the reason for transaction in the description and attach proof of transaction in your application).

Police Clearance Certificate



1.     Completed biographic form (click to download form)

4.     Documentary proof of residence in Kenya for non-citizens

5.     A complete set of fingerprints and palm prints (with police endorsement seal or stamp) done at the Central Criminal Department in Malaysia (Bukit Aman Police Station in Kuala Lumpur)

Dual Citizens are required to declare dual citizenship prior to submitting an application for a certificate of birth or provide proof of having done so.

Incomplete applications will not be processed

Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage

 

    Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage Application:


    The certificate is issued to Kenya citizens wishing to have their marriages, either to Kenyans or Foreigners performed abroad.


                    1. The application form MUST be filled by applicant.

                      2. The Mission does NOT accept scanned certified copies

    4. Certified copies of birth certificates

    5. Declaration of commitment to marriage

    6. Copy of identification document for partner (certified)

    9. Applicant to attach divorcee decree where applicable

    10. Muslim applicants to submit written confirmation by way of an Affidavit sworn before a Notary Public, whether the applicant intent to exercise his right, polygamous or potentially polygamous.

Lost Or Damaged Birth Certificate

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Duly filled application form (Click  to Download)

  2. Photocopy of original birth certificate/death certificate

  3. Copy of notification of Birth (ABN), or a copy of burial permit, or A copy of search form

  4. Processing fee


Pet Import License

    1. The pet licence is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and takes two working days to issue the licence upon submission of the documents.

    2. Incomplete applications will not be processed and will be rejected.

    1. A letter from the pet owner requesting for the pet licence

    2. Copy of Passport of pet owner

    3. Copy of pet Passport

    4. Evidence of up to date vaccinations against rabies and any infectious, contagious disease or parasites

    5. A clearance from a veterinary doctor that the pet is fit to travel

    6. A fee per pet.
