On Wednesday, 28th June 2023, H.E. the High Commissioner, Amb. Francis Muhoro held a bilateral meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Plantation and Commodities of Malaysia Hon. Dato’ Sri Haji Fadillah Bin Haji Yusof at the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office in Putrajaya.
The meeting occurred at a time when the Deputy Prime Minister was preparing to lead the Malaysia delegation to attend the upcoming Malaysia Palm Oil Forum- East Africa 2023 (MPOF) scheduled to be held in Nairobi from 4-7 July 2023. The High Commissioner thanked the Deputy Prime Minister for choosing to visit Kenya and appreciated the positive gesture by the government of Malaysia for choosing Nairobi as the venue for the upcoming Malaysia Palm Oil Forum- East Africa 2023 noting that it was in tandem with the Government of Kenya’s efforts to make Nairobi a multilateral hub.
