On 29th May 2024, the High Commissioner, Ekitela Moru, hosted a team from Air Asia led by the CEO, Mr. Benyamin Ismail. Air Asia is scheduled to introduce a direct flight from Kuala Lumpur to Nairobi. Such connectivity will be a game changer in terms of enhancing trade & investment, tourism, and affirming Nairobi as a logistical hub in the continent.
