On 28 June 2025, the High Commissioner led the mission staff in a tree-planting exercise at Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam to mark International Forestry Day 2025. The Activity reaffirmed Kenya's commitment to environmental conservation and its role as a champion of global efforts to combat climate change.
