An informed Human resource is a foundation for effective diplomacy. In recognition of this fact, the High Commission organized an induction programme for newly recruited Local Staff at the Chancery. The training was tailored to enhance their knowledge & understanding of the Mission’s mandate and operations, and to strengthen their role in advancing and promoting Kenya’s interests.
