H.E. the High Commissioner, Ekitela Moru, met with the Undersecretary for International Cooperation and Development Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Devrin Jeck. The meeting focused on enhancing collaboration under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP),which has benefited Kenyans through scholarships, training and capacity building.
