On 1st July 2025, the High Commissioner, Ekitela Moru paid a courtesy call on Y.B. Puan Hannah Yeoh, Minister of Youth and Sports of Malaysia. The meeting exchanged views on enhancing cooperation in sports diplomacy, youth affairs, and the creative economy, with a focus on sharing best practices and creating opportunities for youth talent, skills development, and innovation.
