Kenya Airways has joined the ranks of global airlines as a full SkyTeam member, giving the world an opportunity to visit Kenya. Together with the efforts of the Kenya Tourist Board, we endeavour to attract more tourists to Kenya.
With the active representation of Kenya Airways here in Malaysia, there will be more awareness on the different tour packages that will suit different clientele to make it possible to visit Kenya.
Kenya’s tourism has been associated for too long by too many with sand and sun in the coastal beaches of Lamu, malindi and Mombasa. Equally it has always conjured images of the wildlife in the Mara, the Tsavo, Amboseli, samburu and the Mt. Kenya.
In his speech during the event, Amb Okwiya pointed out that The Kenya High Commission In Malaysia will continue to be as supportive and creating more awareness to the evolving demands of the needs of the Malaysian Citizens who wish to visit Kenya.
“Yes, we must look with care at the packages we can create for the clients. But in the end, what will count most for us is the quality of services that Kenya and Malaysia will both enjoy as far as the air travel Tourism sector is concerned. That will be our most important achievement”
